To understand a buyer’s needs means that you can see not only what the customer wants but also what the customer doesn’t KNOW they need YET. 😉⁣

Pitching solutions rather than just a product allows the buyer to feel like they are reviving value on their purchase. ✅⁣

Try to sell leather to a vegan That wouldn’t work right? Especially because your targeted audience is not who you are actually selling to. 🤷‍♂️⁣

In an episode of ‘That 70’s Show’ Red Foreman asks a regular consumer how many watts is she looking for on her appliance. The lady was confused and it turned the sell into an awkward situation. This shows that knowing the correct questions to ask is crucial. ⚠️⁣
